意思就是你的放款被暂停了，你收到了一个临时冻结令（Temporary Restraining Order），然后你要跟原告律师联系以解决这个问题。
给的律师是美国IL州（伊利洛伊州）的，和GBC在一个地方，但不是GBC，这是我第一次听说有人亚马逊账号被搞，因为亚马逊上不能看到你P卡/WF卡等信息，因此冻结的只是放款功能，如果不处理，里面的余额和账号就不保了。
搜索这个律师的信息，发现他的网站和LinkedIn主页：

另外有人在ebay.cn论坛上发帖，称自己的Paypal被冻结，也是这个律师所为。
最近也有速卖通卖家被告，国际支付宝被冻结，很多都指向一个钓鱼买家，来自佛罗里达：
